Enrollment Reservation Deposit for the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions Programs

A $400 enrollment reservation deposit is required for each prospective student within 15 days following the date of the letter initially informing the student of acceptance for admission by the Admission Committee*. The deposit will be credited toward the first semester's tuition. The deposit is forfeited if the accepted student fails to register. The tuition deposit is non-refundable. Extension requests are made on a case-by-case basis.

*The Physical Therapy Phoenix program allows all candidates admitted prior to January 1 a deadline of January 15 to deposit. After January 1, the 15 day deposit window will resume.
