Student and Family Support

The Office of Student and Family Support is a part of The Success Center located in the Reinert Alumni Library (L27) and is dedicated to supporting all students. The office supports the various student retention needs of students while also serving as a central point for families and parents to contact with questions or looking for support for their student.

The Office of Student and Family Support provides several resources and programs including, but not limited to, Calling All Jays, The Iggy Campaign, Student Affinity & Identity Dinners, Strive to Thrive, and other retention initiatives.

This office is also responsible for the Student and Family Help Desk (402.280.1212).

About Us

The Office of Student and Family Support (OSFS) is focused on the University’s commitment to offering support to all students, parents, and families. As part of Student Success, Student & Family Support uses a holistic approach to problem-solve through challenges that arise during a student's time at Creighton.
